AudiVault runs entirely in the browser — any device, anywhere, with automatic updates and backups. HearTrak is a Windows-only desktop application that runs on a local network. There is no cloud offering, no web access, and no way to check compliance status from your phone. If remote access or multi-location visibility matters to your program, HearTrak cannot deliver it.
AudiVault is built around what happens after the test: 21-day OSHA letter deadlines, physician sign-off routing, WRF forms, retest tracking, and a compliance dashboard that shows exactly where your program stands. HearTrak excels at the analysis itself — OSHA, NIOSH, MSHA, workers' comp, medical referrals — but stops short of managing the follow-up workflow digitally.
When AudiVault detects a Standard Threshold Shift, it auto-generates an OSHA notification letter, tracks the 21-day deadline, and routes the letter to a physician for digital sign-off — all within the platform. HearTrak does not offer OSHA letter generation, deadline tracking, or a physician sign-off workflow.
AudiVault supports multiple tenants and clinics under a single account with role-based access control. HearTrak is designed for single-site or LAN deployments. If you manage hearing conservation programs for multiple organizations, AudiVault's architecture is built for that scale.
